"Tea on the Axis of Evil"
is a feature documentary that gives voice to the moderate majority in Syria.
TEA was filmed over several years in Syria before the present crisis, in an era when the culturally progressive and
religiously conservative shared restaurants, buses, and even parents; five Muslim sects and sixteen Christian denominations lived in harmony and President Bashar al Assad attended avant garde theatre performances and local restaurants.
Audiences should come to appreciate the scope of the tragedy that is currently devastating Syria...and hopefully
feel vertigo from the steep walls of
propaganda upon which the
American perspective of the
Middle East is based.
